Towing services protocol
Following an insert recently aired on actuality programme Carte Blanche, we would like to put our clients at ease.
Although we at Budget Insurance Brokers, are always striving to bring our clients low low premiums, we will never compromise on service. We’ve always had stringent processes and protocols in place to ensure that our clients do not end up pulling on the short end.

Budget Insurance Brokers regularly sends out information via e-mail and SMS about what to do in an emergency. Our clients can call us 24/7 on our dedicated emergency number and we will arrange everything for you, from medical assistance to towing operators and legal advice.
Time saving tips
Please follow the following procedures, if you are in an accident or need a tow truck, to ensure that an authorised towing operator attends to you:
- Call Budget’s dedicated towline on 0860 10 42 11
- Request a reference number for towing service
- When the towing operator arrives, ask him for a reference number and match it to the reference number given to you by Budget
- If they match, allow your car to be towed, BUT find out where it will be towed to.
